At One More Time Etc, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific home items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage to fragile home goods during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
