Currently, One More Time Etc ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
